| The blog has a new theme. The color scheme puts me in mind of a leather-bound book. Check it out, and let me know what you think.
The more I blog, the more a natural rhythm seems to be developing.

Tuesdays have become Study Tip Tuesday, and each week, I offer a new idea to go deeper with your Bible study. Here’s the latest.
-
On Fridays, I give an update on my writing projects
-
Mondays and Thursdays are still devotional entries
With summer arriving, I may start posting on Wednesdays as well. Comments are always welcome on the posts. |
| Teaching at Church Camp |
| June 8-11 and 15-18, I will once again join forces with Dan Sigler to teach an afternoon session at Palestine Baptist Association’s church camp. We’ll explore the ’superpowers’ God gives us and the challenges we face once we take on the task He gives us. Of course, all this will be accomplished in our patented insane, messy fashion. If you know of any 3rd-12th graders who will be in the 62454 area those weeks, email me for more information. |
| My Favorite Twitter App! |
| Twitter is the hottest thing on the Web right now. Even Godzilla tweets. If you follow more than a couple of people, reading the tweets can quickly move from fun ot overwhelming. I found a great app to handle my tweets through Outlook. Formerly OutTwit, the newest version is renamed TwInbox. It’s a snap to install. All your tweets download to a folder you create. I group mine by sender so I can quickly find my favorite tweeters. |

| The kids were in a western-themed wedding last month. It has nothing to do with my writing career, but they were too cute not to share. |
| Contingency Update |
| I plan is to be rid of adverbs by the end of June, i.e. finished editing. The book, the process and the tremendous relationships developed during this journey have blessed me like you wouldn’t believe. Pray with me that God would allow that impact to extend to a greater circle of folks. His word works, and my heart’s desire is that as many people as possible would grasp that. |
