There are so many things demanding a place on my schedule, vying for my attention. Don’t let me waste Your gift of time with things that don’t honor You, things that don’t have lasting value.
Like a child, I want everything I see. Take away my foolish desires.
Let me find life, contentment, satisfaction by walking with You.
Let me achieve that Edenic communion You always intended for us to have with You.
Let nothing come between.

I enjoyed this post because it's so true! It's so wonderful to have that one person you can talk to about anything, and in order to do that–there CAN'T be anything between, can there? No. This post reminded me that God can be one of those people you can talk to anyone about…but, as this post advised, there CANNOT be anything between.
