For God has no favorites. Galatians 2:6 NLT

First Place
He doesn’t prefer one type or profile.

He’s not impressed by pedigree or résumé the way we are.

He has no quotas to fill, and no cut-offs.

God will use anyone – red-neck fisherman or college boy.

Even former chemist, stay-at-home mom, writer-types.

All He’s looking for is willingness.

Willingness to learn … and go … and do.

Are you in?

It took me forever to comment on this, but I was glad I came back to do so, because this was a highly encouraging post for me. I recently finished teaching Bible school, and while I feel like I did well, and that I learned a lot myself, I never thought for a moment I was doing God’s work. It only seemed like doing what needed to be done. Looking back on it, I realized I was called just as Peter and Paul were called to do. This post showed me that it all did come down to willingness, and that’s something I am starting to learn slowly, but I am learning. Excellent post!
