“Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD GOD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2
(Isaiah’s prophecies are full of songs.
This is part of one of them.)
God is my deliverance, my security, my help, my victory.
He is my strength
He is my song
He has become my salvation.
That is, my deliverance was not one act.
It is ongoing.
For example, the wedding was an act.
The marriage is ongoing.
God is my salvation.
He has become my salvation.
With that kind of salvation
How can we do anything else
But trust and not be afraid.
Not just once.
But every day.
In every situation.
